Refund Policy
Occasionally, refunds are requested by our customers. This policy outlines how we handle refunds on any purchases made.
Before requesting a refund
We work hard to deliver the highest quality product to our customers, so any Cease and Desist letter that you purchase from us comes with unlimited revisions. So if there’s something you are unhappy with, we will gladly work with you to make changes to meet your needs.
However, once we have delivered a draft letter to you, we are no longer able to issue a refund.
That said, if you have not received a draft letter from us yet, you may still be eligible.
Requesting a refund
If you have recently purchased a Cease and Desist letter from us, we will happily offer a full refund under the following conditions:
- Less than 72 hours have passed since the purchase was made
- You have not received a draft letter from us for review.
Please note that once we have written and provided the draft letter to you, we are no longer able to issue a refund.

Late or missing refunds
If we have issued a refund and you haven’t received it yet, please ensure you have followed these steps prior to reaching out to us:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you have made a purchase on a third-party site after clicking a direct link on our site, please reach out to that third-party site directly to discuss refund options.
